1. Booking & Payment
All bookings at KKR Residency are confirmed only after receiving the advance amount.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
Room tariffs may vary during weekends, festival days, and peak seasons.
Guests must provide a valid government-approved ID proof at the time of check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable.
No refund will be given for “No-Show” bookings.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
Any loss or damage to room items, furniture, or electrical appliances will be charged to the guest.
Loud noise, parties, or disturbances are strictly not allowed.
Illegal activities inside the premises will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
5. Room Usage Rules
Guests must follow the maximum occupancy allowed per room.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. (Designated areas available)
Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are allowed only during the approved visiting hours.
6. Safety & Security
CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for security purposes.
Guests must cooperate with KKR Residency staff during emergencies.
The management is not responsible for issues arising from natural calamities, power cuts, or unavoidable circumstances.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed (or modify if your residency is pet-friendly).
8. Privacy
Guest information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third-party services except when required by law.
9. Rights of Management
KKR Residency reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if a guest violates the rules.
